Management

Peter Dolch is the President and co-Founder of Thaumaturgix. With more than 14 years of experience in the information technology field, Dolch has maintained the consistently profitable organic growth that Thaumaturgix has experienced. Under his leadership, Thaumaturgix has been ranked #41 in the 2000 Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies list. Before launching Thaumaturgix, Dolch worked at Cambridge Technology Partners and ICon. Dolch graduated from M.I.T. with a B.B.A. in Management Science.

Moses Merchant is the Executive Vice President of Systems and Networks and a co-Founder of Thaumaturgix. As Executive Vice President in charge of Systems and Networks, he is responsible for creating and managing the core systems integration and security services at Thaumaturgix. Before founding Thaumaturgix, Merchant worked with ICon in New York City. Merchant received an M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay, India.

Yogen Sanghani is Executive Vice President of Software Solutions and a co-Founder of Thaumaturgix. Sanghani creates and executes the technology strategy for Thaumaturgix, aligning the software solutions group with the industry trends and emerging technologies. Prior to co-founding Thaumaturgix, Sanghani was a consultant with ICon in New York and with the Bombay Stock Exchange in Mumbai, India. Sanghani holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Temple University and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Bombay University, India.

Charles Rawls is Vice President of Systems, Networks and Security. With 25+ years real life experience in the Information Technology arena, Rawls provides a results oriented drive to the Technical Services Practice. Before joining TGIX, he held leadership and management positions in the publishing, market data, financial, data processing, international banking, and defense industries. In his off hours Rawls volunteers with various community service, and technology related non-profits.
