Meet the Tgix Management Team

Peter Dolch, President

Peter is the president and co-founder of Tgix and has more than 20 years of experience in leading technology implementations with organizations both large and small. He has an extraordinary track record helping businesses translate their requirements into successful technology solutions, and has a passion for helping start-ups get off the ground quickly. He combines sophisticated technology skills with savvy business experience to find the best way to use technology, while never losing focus of the business objectives.

Prior to founding Tgix, Peter was an early member of the technology teams at both Cambridge Technology Partners and ICon, Inc., both of which did cutting-edge technology work and went on to see tremendous growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from M.I.T.

Peter is an active contributor to the community and has served as a Founding Board Member of UnChat LLC, an online-democracy platform; a member of the Board of Advisors of Transclick, a wireless multi-lingual gateway and translation platform; a Founding Board Member of CheetahMail, an email marketing company; a member of the Board of Advisors to Intellireach/Infocrossing, an IT outsourcing company; a Science Advisory Board member of DietPower; and a Founding Board Member of Port Indigo, a mobile solutions company.

When Peter is not helping implement technology solutions or launching startups, he enjoys taking his family hiking and camping without any technology whatsoever!

 

Moses Merchant, Executive Vice President

Moses Merchant is a co-founder of Tgix. As executive vice president in charge of Systems and Network Operations, he is responsible for creating and managing the core systems integration, security services and managed services offerings at Tgix. Moses has over 20 years of experience working with clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, media & entertainment, and retail. He is equally comfortable in hands-on technical architecture, implementation and support roles, as with executive management responsibilities.

Moses received a Master of Science degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. Over the course of his career, he has been a founding member of several other start-ups including Port Indigo and Adcomp Systems. His latest passion (outside of weekend getaways with his wife and 3 daughters) is building security and automation around cloud computing deployments.

 

Yogen Sanghani, Executive Vice President

Yogen is an Executive Vice President and a co-founder of Tgix.  He has more than 20 years of experience in architecting and implementing complex IT solutions for clients, ranging from startups to mid-market companies to Fortune enterprises, in verticals including Pharmaceutical, Retail, Publishing and Technology.  Yogen manages Tgix’s software solutions practice, and is responsible for building and managing software development teams and overseeing client engagements.

During his tenure at Tgix, Yogen has managed implementation of complex, mission critical business systems for clients such as Penguin Random House, Pfizer, HarperCollins Publishers, American Stock Exchange, New York Magazine, B&H Photo, NPD, Jupiter Media Metrix and others.

Prior to founding Tgix, Yogen held systems engineering position at ICon, Inc., and programmer analyst role at The Bombay Stock Exchange. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Temple University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

 

Charles Rawls, Senior Vice President, Systems, Networks and Security

With more than 25 years of real-life experience in the Information Technology arena, Charles offers a results-oriented drive to the Systems and Network Operations practice. Charles specializes in building teams of high-impact technologists to perform tasks such as implementing hybrid systems architectures, and ensuring continuous up-time operations for mission-critical client environments. He personally gets involved in the trenches with clients at Tgix, developing data center operational procedures, security policies, and disaster recovery plans.

Charles holds a Triple-Threat Engineering degree (architectural, civil and nuclear engineering) from Texas A&M University. Before joining Tgix, he held technology leadership and management positions in the publishing, market data, financial, data processing, international banking, and defense industries. He served as the CIO at AOL Market Guide, and held director-level positions while at EDS, Kapiti Americas, Women.com, and Hearst New Media. He also serves as a CIO/CTO for a number of not-for-profit organizations in the healthcare space.

In his time away from Tgix, Charles  runs a private technology lab and data center, which serves as a test bed for new and upcoming technologies, as well as a training facility for mentoring advanced technologists & “C” level personnel in various start-ups and community service organizations.
